How to return an item to us

Dear Customer ☺️✨☁️

We aim to make your return process as smooth and efficient as possible. You will be reimbursed for your return, and if applicable, the standard shipping fee of £3.99 will also be refunded unless you received free shipping on your original order.

We are happy to accept returns of garments that meet the following conditions:

•⁠  ⁠The item is unworn and all security tags and labels are still attached.
•⁠  ⁠For swimwear, the hygiene seal must remain intact and the item should be in its original packaging, including the GraceJacob bikini bag.
•⁠  ⁠The item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Please note:

We cannot refund:
•⁠  ⁠Grooming products, pierced jewelry, underwear, or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed.
•⁠  ⁠Items with any scent of perfume, smoke, makeup stains, or any other mark will not be accepted for return due to health and hygiene reasons. These items will be sent back to you immediately, without refund or exchange.
•⁠  ⁠Rings are only eligible for exchange.

How to Return Your Items:

Complete our returns form (available here), or alternatively, write your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange on a piece of paper and include it in your parcel.

We strongly recommend using a fully tracked service to ensure you can monitor when your return is received by us. Royal Mail and Evri are two examples of trusted services.
