RETURNS INFORMATION
How to return an item to us
You will be reimbursed for your return and you will be refunded the standard shipping fee of £3.99, unless you were given free shipping. We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags, labels, swimwears with hygiene seal not having been removed, no make up stains, GraceJacob bikini bag in the packaging, and that is despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
Please note we cannot refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery, underwears or swimwears (if the hygiene seal has been removed). We will not accept returned clothing or bikinis that have acquired a scent of perfume, smoke and/or makeup stains for health and hygiene reasons. Rings are exchange only.
Please click here for our returns form, alternatively, please write on a piece of paper your name, order number and reason for return / exchange and put it inside your return.
We recommend you use a full tracked service to return your items so you can see when they are received by us. Royal Mail and Evri are two examples of these services.
